The Founder...
Giovanni was born in Gualdo Tadino in 1943, after attending the Istituto Statale d’Arte graduated in 1962. As soon as he finished his studies, he went to his first work experience at some local companies. In 1966 he decided to set up his own company and set up his own company that still operates on the market.During his long professional career, Giovanni participated several times in the “International Ceramics Competition” winning in 1963 the 3rd prize as a ceramist and the gold medal with a service carried out at another company. In 1967 he won the 2nd prize with a study service and in 1978 a gold plaque with a lamp. In recent years some of the products produced have been exhibited in various Italian and foreign museums.Moreover, among the most significant awards are the award received by Confartigianato in 2006 and the “Ceramista of the Year” award in 2008.

The company was founded in 1966 by Mr. Giovanni Passeri and managed until a few years ago when it was taken over by his son Danilo. Passeri Ceramiche d’Arte has always distinguished itself on the market for its collections always conceived in step with fashions and trends, but above all with the great experience accumulated over 50 years of activity. All the articles are made and decorated by hand following the working techniques and the artistic qualities of our land that over the centuries has handed down to us. The signature (Passeri) present on each object guarantees the high level of design, quality and style of the product. Each collection comes from in-depth studies of shapes and colors, but above all by the Italian taste and style that the whole world appreciates. In this regard we have always tried to create a style and a shape that is recognizable and tangible through our products ranging from lamps, table centers, amphorae, small and large vases, etc. A well-defined identity and personality established over the years. Moreover, precisely because of the artisan nature that distinguishes us, our strength consists of being able to customise the items according to the specifications of our customers and to be able to create collaborations with interior designers and contract companies giving shape and color to their designs.
